Philippine Tennis Association is requiring all Tennis players(Juniors, Men and Women) entering and participating  in PHILTA-organized sanctioned tennis tournaments to have a PIN(PHILTA Identification Number). Failure to do so could result in the rejection in the PHILTA sanctioned events.
